Urgent Announcement on Summer Rooftop Party


VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED!!
Thank you very much for attending our 1st annual Summer Rooftop Party! We are donating all the tickets sales to various earthquake relief agencies in Kumamoto, our hometown.

We have sold far more tickets for our Rooftop Party event than we could have ever imagined. All tickets have been sold out in 10 days. We humbly thank you and are deeply moved by your generous support!

Because of the overwhelming response for this event, we have an urgent need for volunteers to assist with guest check-in, service at each station, and making sure the event runs smoothly.

In return for your help, you will be able to sample all the food and drinks before your shift and will be given a specially designed T-shirt we created for the fundraiser.

Date: Tuesday, June 28 or Wednesday, June 29
· 1st shift: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
· 2nd shift: 7:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.

Event Valet Parking in front of the new Garage

We have 2 valet parking for the night of the event.
For the summer Rooftop party, please use the special event parking valet set up in front of the parking garage on the East side of 1500 S. Pearl St. block.

There will be no self-parking in the garage the nights of the event. For regular restaurant patrons, please use the valet in front of Sushi Den like you normally do.

I understand most of you have purchased event tickets for someone else. So unless you forward this news with others, they will not know the importance of this information.
So, I urge you to please forward this information to your friends who will be coming with you.

I believe traffic and parking will be heavily congested. Therefore, we have hired special event valet company to help park your car. It is complimentary.

Please note, due to the fact the top floor of the garage is now taken for the event, there are a limited number of cars the valet can park. There will be a team at the valet stand in front of the parking structure to direct you. If valets do not have a space for your car to park, you will need to find street parking in our neighborhood.

By having this new parking structure and in the light of trying to solve the traffic congestion in our neighborhood, it would be an irony to face a traffic congestion during this event.
Therefore, would you be so kind as to come to the event by carpooling or use Uber or LYFT, light rail?

We will do our very best, however if it gets heavily congested, I deeply apologize in advance.

We cannot wait to meet you at the event very soon!
