Our annual Summer Rooftop Party, is just around the corner.

I hear from numerous guests this will be one of the hot summer events, no pun intended!

The ticket sales are going very well. For this, we are truly grateful!

It will be a fun summer party a week before July 4th!
Join us and feast on street food prepared by 15 Japanese chefs and some of Denver’s best chefs!

Would you like to become part of our volunteer team for a night for a good cause? We are looking for a few energetic men and women to help during the event.
You will have free admission and after your 4 hour shift, you will be able to taste all the Yatai Style Street Food and have some sake with us (21 and over only)!

Volunteer Information

Date of the Event - June 26th(tue) and June 27th(wed) - 5:00pm~

Location - Rooftop of Sushi Den/Izakaya Den/OTOTO Parking Garage

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend the Pre-Event Preparation Meeting
• June 23rd(sat) - 1:00pm~2:00pm at OTOTO restaurant
• Must be over 18 years old
• Must be healthy and physically fit
• be able to stand 4 hours straight on the concrete.
• Is there anything we should be aware of your health condition?  Please prepare yourself with a hat and sun lotion, and plenty of water.

• Area of help:
• Registration Help - need to cross check the list and guests. If you are detail orientated, it is helpful.
• Food Booth Help - need a person to serve food to the guests.
• Food Booth Greeter - need to be cheerful and personable, organize the booth to keep it running efficiently and explain food to the guests.

What's in the Works!

Sushi Class - we have accommodated approximately 650 guests so far this year for the fun sushi making class. I personally teach the class and love spending time with you Come join me at class.

Visiting Japan - with a direct flight from Denver to Tokyo, Japan is now within easy access. Some of you often ask us to recommend a few great restaurants in Tokyo.
