Summer Sake Pairing Dinner

For the last 10 years, our restaurant has taken an initiative to launch sake related events. This is to help our guests to discover the wonderful new world of Sake while enjoying our cuisine.

We currently carry 50 different premium sake curated by our master chef, Toshi Kizaki.

In 2019, we have 3 events currently planned - Summer Sake Tasting in June,
Summer Rooftop Party in August and Fall Sake Tasting in October.
For the Summer Sake Tasting, we are so fortunate to bring one of Japan's most esteemed Japanese sake breweries, Hakkaisan in the Niigata region of Japan.

The dinner is going to be paired with izakaya-style bites for one night only, Tuesday, June 18.

Because our master chef carefully selects all the ingredients including from the direct shipment from Nagahama Fish Market in Southern Japan as well as sauces and stocks he uses for the dish, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies.  No gluten free menu or substitutions available. Please do inform your party when booking for your group about this important advisory.
