Catch of the Day

Our youngest brother lives a few minutes away from the fish market in the city of Fukuoka on the southernmost island of Japan. Fish shipments arrive in Denver within 24 hours from the catch of these fish in the Sea of Japan. Please enjoy images of our delicious cuisine.
