Celebrate Japanese cuisine and sake at Izakaya Den and Sushi Den's annual sake seminar and grand tasting. Sake masters from Yamagata region of Japan will showcase award-winning sakes paired with selections by master chef Toshi Kizaki.

The VIP SAKE SEMINAR will take guests on a tasting journey through the history of sake and its craft brewing process. Sake will be paired with signature selections from Izakaya Den and Sushi Den. VIP guests will also enjoy an exclusive Tuna carving demonstration offering pristine cuts of sashimi and early access to the grand tasting event.

The GRAND TASTING will showcase Gold Medal winning sake brewers from Japan throughout Izakaya Den's beautiful second floor. Sake will be paired with izakaya-style selections such as Chicken Tatsuta-age, Miso Cod, Sriracha Garlic Shrimp (all gluten-free) and an assortment of Izakaya Den and Sushi Den's Sushi and Signature Rolls.
