Sushi Den
Sushi Den Newsletter Vol. 4 September 2003

Introducing Sushi Den House Label Sake!

One of Japan's most famous and award winning wineries has created a unique sake just for Sushi Den. Our Sushi Den label sake is extremely dry, yet subtle, making it the perfect compliment to the fresh sushi and sashimi you can enjoy at our restaurant. Sushi Den has just received 2000 limited edition bottles.

What makes Sushi Den's sake so unique? The essential ingredients to create high-quality sake are pristine natural spring water, quality rice and the passion the KURABITO (brewer's helpers) have while brewing the sake. The water for our sake is derived from the snow covered ridges of the Gassan Mountains and the home grown polished rice is from the Yamagata Prefecture and is ideal for sake brewing. This one-of-a-kind vintage sake is brewed by the dedicated efforts of TOJI (a sake master) and the KURABITO.

Come enjoy this limited edition Sushi Den sake. Experience its full body aroma and at the first sip you will find sensational satisfaction.

New York Times
In June, Dyan Zaslowsky, the travel writer from New York Times, dined at Sushi Den. Just like everybody else, she wondered how we maintain our high quality of sushi. She was so impressed with our standards, she mentioned Sushi Den in her "Where to eat" in Denver article.
